About me
I am a yoga teacher, artist, and organic plant grower with a deep connection to the natural world. My yoga teaching emphasises accessibility and the integration of philosophy, shaped by my personal experiences as an autistic individual living with autoimmune conditions. Through my art, I create botanical illustrations that celebrate the intricacy and rhythms of nature, drawing inspiration from the changing seasons. As an organic grower, I arrange the flowers I grow and forage, always with a deep respect for the environment and its natural cycles. I invite you to slow down, reconnect with the earth, and cultivate awareness in every aspect of life.
What I do
Yoga
A blend of mindful movement with the wisdom of yoga philosophy designed to be accessible for all bodies and minds, prioritising self-awareness. I encourage you to explore your unique needs and strengths, fostering a compassionate environment where well-being can flourish. Whether you're new to yoga, or an experienced practitioner, you're invited to cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself, both on and off the mat.
Art
My work draws inspiration from the beauty of nature and the environment, capturing the delicate complexities of the world around us. Through a careful interplay of soft hues and intricate details, I explore multiple mediums from watercolour botanical illustrations to minimal line drawings. Each piece reflects a quiet reverence for the natural world, blending meticulous mastery with a gentle, contemporary sensibility.
Plants
I am passionate about working in harmony with nature, honouring its natural rhythms and the changing seasons. In my floristry, I create bespoke arrangements using flowers grown on my no-dig allotment using organic methods, and carefully foraged from the local area, celebrating the beauty of the natural world in every bloom. My approach is rooted in sustainability, ensuring that each project is as kind to the earth as it is to the eye.
